"Felt a bit miss-sold, a 2 bedroom apartment which is basically a 1 bedroom, and a bed in a hallway. Hotel also didn’t give us the code, so we couldn’t get in, so spent an hour stood outside without a way of getting in. Fortunately some other guests arrived and let us in, or we’d have been out there all night….! "

"Lovely rooms. Quality products. Spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Great food. Absolutely lovely stay and would highly recommend staying here. Encliffe Park and botanical park on doorstep. Sharrow Vale Road independent stores five min walk. Amazing restaurants also with ten min walk. Excellent location."
