"I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. I will definitely be back."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea brought to my room on arrival. The bar was closed for one night of my stay, but I was advised the day beforehand. That wasn’t an issue at all. The location was great. Lovely local areas. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and walks nearby. Bus stop direct to the station right outside the hotel a real bonus! At night returning from there back to the hotel, I felt uneasy as there were some shady individuals in that area."
