"Everything went well. My only complaint is that we were given a room on a 3rd floor. When we arrived the elevator was out of service. We had to carry our bags those 3rd floors with a toddler. Not a good first impression. The pool was perfect for toddlers. The suite was very spacious."

"Charged $30 dollars to self park, then taxed a parking tax on top of that. Credit card machines not working at checkin, had to handwritte Credit card information. And lastly checkout is at 10am and they called at 830am to sell a vacation package."
