"It is a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a night. They don't provide any room service. And drinking water is available on purchase. It was good we carried our own. The pool was clean and we had fun...It is an average place to stay for a night."

"The breakfast was good for families with children. The TVs in our room didn’t work, and when we asked the staff about it they were not accommodating, even when we asked to switch rooms since we’d be there multiple nights. The internet connection was very poor the entire stay also."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were nice as well. Price is on the high end but the reason I age. 2 stars is that they charged $165 pet fee for only one night. That is ridiculous. When I asked them why they said this is a one time fee for overall stay regardless of how long you stay. Common. That is the lamest excuse ever. You charge customers 165 per fee for one night stay and use that excuse. Never even go back tot hat hotel."

"Beautiful, brand new hotel in the heart of Woodenville. Decor and amenities were fantastic. The best part is the roof top lounge/bar with fantastic views, craft cocktails and delicious food. Will absolutely stay here again."

"Sink and shower didn’t drain well. We didn’t bother calling the front desk for service because we were out sightseeing all day. Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent customer service. Our room was right next to the freeway and bus depot. It was very loud at night and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep."

"The parking is conveniently close to the rooms. That is a plus when traveling with slot of luggage."
