"This elegant, European-style hotel was top-of-class: sophisticated lobby; spotless rooms/bathrooms; and, everything we could have wished for had we waved a magic wand. "En général, c’était correct. Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et il fallait fermer la porte parce que cette odeur était aussi dans la chambre. L’air climatisé au resto du matin était à 18 degré. Les employés ont fait une demande et l’air a été mis à 22. C’était beaucoup mieux pour garder nos aliments plus chauds."
