"We arrived late on Friday evening after traveling for several hours. Learned elevator was out upon arrival, assumed it was something they were working on until another guest helped us to our room on the 3rd floor, and said the elevator had been out all week. The next morning on our way down the steps we noticed the 3rd floor landing and steps had about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch height gap that could easily present a safety fall risk. My mother has had 2 knee replacements and I have bad knees myself....

The sheet aren’t too comfortable, only because it wasn’t smooth it has like bumps like old sheets on it… but I was able to use the other sheet before the comforter on top of it so I don’t feel all those bumps… I checked in at like almost 2am so I didn’t want to wait for someone to come change it.. but I was ok. "The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I received messages about if our room was ok and if we needed anything. I was given a choice for what floor I wanted to be on. The only thing that i didn’t care for was that the fan/ac never turned off and it was loud for someone who is a lite sleeper. The rooms were super quiet. "
