"The guy that checked me in was okay. The lady that checked me out was outstanding. She was very nice and professional. I met one of the managers on the elevator she was very nice. I love her and the lady that checked me out customer service. They are not friendly people. I had wanted to try a different hotel. BAD CHOICE!!I’m always going to the Hyatt or Marriott. They don’t have to worry about me again because I am NOT coming back."

"We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives."
