"The room’s sheets/bedding was used and unchanged when we checked in. We tried calling for service in the room to change the bedding, but could not get through to a live person. We also requested clean bedding through the text service, and someone arrived pretty quickly to change the bedding. They did extra cleaning we didn’t request also like re mop floors. Very courteous.
