"This property is in the perfect location! The staff were amazing and everything was top notch! I loved the beachy, Jimmy Buffett vibe so much! The valet parking staff were incredible when I had an issue with self-parking. I wish I had got the lady's name we dealt with because she definitely deserves a shout out! "Quite possibly the most inhospitable and cold check in l have ever experienced. Such a pity as the property is generally amazing and steeped in history. The bath tub coating is peeling off and in need of re-coating. "

"This made my fourth time staying at this particular hotel. Usually have a room on the 2nd floor where the AC is a wall thermostat. On this stay I was on the 1st. The AC was an old school one with likited functions. It kept cutting off. Even though it was on high cool and all the way up on the cool part. It was very stuffy/warm. Other yhan that great stay. Staff is always super friendly."
