"The staff was amazing, and the rooms were very clean."

"My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. "

"Strolled in super late, 3am and the desk clerk smiled, & greeted me warmly! She was super friendly and offered a late check out! I appreciate that after a long day of mishaps and long travels!"

"Check in was painless. No shower curtain in our room.217 was immediately taken care of by the house keeper assigned to that floor. She was very professional and handled my request promptly. Breakfast was yummy, hot tub was fantastic. Definarly stay again on a return visit. Well done staff."

"The windows are so dirty. The drain in the bath tub does not work. Water stay in the bathtub when you’re taking a shower. The whole property is just filthy."
