"What an absolutely stunning hotel. Perfect location and right on the beach. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. "This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The outside looks terrible, so old, paint is peeling off, looks unattractive and unattended. The hotel is called Cormoran or something like that, it was hard to locate, we had to go in and ask at the front desk. "Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known."

"Fabulous property! The staff go above and beyond, the included breakfast buffet is unbelievable, I mean it is next level amazing! Endless rows of freshly made pastries that look like a work of art, and everything else your heart could desire for breakfast! Plan your day around breakfast, do not miss it. The pool is great. You do need to take a shuttle to the beach, but the beach is pristine, with crystal clear water and loungers with towels are already set up with water also available. We loved having the sea view room, which was beautifully decorated, updated and clean. I’m counting down the days until we can return again. Also, if you are from the US, there is a direct flight from JFK to Olbia."

"It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"
