"The Quality Inn at Harpers Ferry is located 5 minutes from Harpers Ferry Lowertown which is the historic heart of the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The Quality Inn was very clean, had plenty of parking and offered a nice morning breakfast."

"Was greeted with a friendly smile and hello when I checked in. She directed me to our rooms. Told us about breakfast that would be available and where the ice machine and laundry was. Found the room in outstanding condition and very clean. Was a pleasant stay and would recommend."

"The room was okay. There were coffee stains on the floor inside the door and bathroom floor was not clean. I was a little concerned when I saw ant traps placed around the room but we did not see any ants. Breakfast was average at best. Coffee was nasty. Waffle was doughy. Bacon was okay. Yogurt was good. The staff did their job but not one of them was particularly friendly. "

"The bathroom fan, which was also the light, sounded like a motorcycle chopper. The floor above sounded like someone was going to fall through the ceiling. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were rough. The breakfast was pretty much non existent. We were pretty disappointed."

"They did not have the room we booked available and refused to upgrade us so we had to move the next day. Front desk manager would not help not even try to find an appropriate solution. He refused to pick up the phone when Expedia called. Said he could not return email. We had a king suite and we could not even see the tv from the bed. Stains on bottom of mattress and stains on the top of the sheets. Not a good experience. "
