"Nice basic room for work travel. Room (especially the bathroom) was small, but clean and functional. Nothing was going on in the Convention Center the night I was at the hotel, so everything was quiet. Very nice staff. Routine hotel hot breakfast."

"I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay."

"I’m eating this based on the price of this hotel. Looked a little dated but it has a fresh remodel, at least where I stayed. Bathrooms could still be updated but not going to complain. Was clean and worked for an overnight stay. Breakfast really shined - really enjoyed the make your own yogurt. While we went out to eat as my kids slept in due to not getting back from the Zach Bryan concert until 2, I did check it out and it was better than most other free breakfast hotels I have stayed at....

"everything was nice except when I booked for another night there was an issue with the date, the date was wrong, so I lost $100 dollars and the room for that night I needed sat but was booked for Sunday for whatever reason. i am not happy with that i mean there should be a way to cancel or at least change the reservation without losing all that money i spent."

"I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

"We arrived early to see if we could check in early. We were told that rooms would not be ready until 3:00, due to a large turnover from the night before. We did something else and returned shortly after 3:00. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and we were all told that rooms were not ready yet. Nothing was available until 4:00! No apologies from staff, they didn’t care. The next morning house keeping came and knocked on the door 2 hours prior to checkout to see if we were checking...
