"One disappointment was finding out that the sauna was no longer included in the amenities. This had been a standout benefit for me in the past to use the fitness center and then 15mins in the sauna. Now it appears to be an additional $20 day pass, which is an expensive option for hotel guests that are looking for a brief sauna luxury. "

"It wasn’t bad, just mediocre as far as amenities. The rooms have a fridge, small coffee maker, but I don’t use the coffee maker. You have to go through 2 lobbies, 2 elevators to get to your room. Again, just mediocre. "

"Ellie was the receptionist at check in and she was so accommodating and helpful! Very thankful for her assistance. Room was spectacular and my wife and I were thrilled about our stay. We stayed in one of the “Backstage” trailers and we were super impressed. The heated pool was such a nice touch. Location is great also, highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re visiting to see a show at House of Blues, MGM Music Hall or any event at Fenway Park!
