"The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us."

"Restaurant, casino and pool area were clean and well maintained, very nice. The hotel room not so much: dirty ratty carpet, duct taped bedframe and overall not very clean."

"We love staying at hotels with character. This hotel was conveniently located for a quick layover as we were heading to our vacation destination. We will be looking for other accommodations for our layover on the way home. Our room, the elevators and hallways are in need of updating. The bed was just okay, but the pillows were flat. There was also toothpaste on the inner rim of the sink from a previous guest. Not our favorite stay."

"Beautiful setting and views. Stayed in a standard king room. Spacious and the bathroom was well stocked with towels. Pillows were excellent but he mattress could use an upgrade. The room and building is nicely maintained but looks like it's due for a complete paint refresh inside and out. We didn't use the pool or anything on the grounds but it all looked wonderful.
