"Spotlessly clean, Friendly & welcoming, Perfect for a few nights away 5th time in Bilbao & I’d usually stay in the Old Town, this was a leisurely 25min walk away but the metro, & tram, stops minutes from the door make this hotel almost in the heart of the city. A great stay, & the breakfast buffet isn’t especially exciting, but served from 6 it’s a convenient way to start the day if you need to be out early"

"The hotel was excellent. The location was perfect and close to everything. There were busses and subways nearby if you don't want to walk The staff, which helped us out with a few things, were very friendly & helpful. They were located off premise, but only a couple of minutes away."

"A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby. "
