"Expectations for hotels on Easter Island are adjusted accordingly due to location. Rooms and furniture are dated, but clean and well maintained. There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room, which is understandable as the hallways doors to the outside are alway open for fresh air. After our first night, we kept the air conditioning at the desired temperature when we left for the day - instead of turning it up a few degrees. This helped reduce the mosquitoes upon our return. "It is the tropics, so very warm! We had a hard time sleeping because the fans were insufficient in cooling down the bungalow. It would have been nice to have a window AC unit and blackout curtains to block the afternoon sun. However, the views are amazing and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient and they provide transportation from the airport to the bungalows. "I loved this place. The staff were really nice and helpful. When Gustavo picked me up at the airport, he drove me around town so it would be easy for me to find myself while walking around and he helped me organize all of my tours. I would for sure stay here again."

"Well below american standards. No air conditioning, terrible beds and pillows, bedspreads that have not been changed for awhile. Service is good. "

"There is only 1 sign to the hotel down a dirt track so difficult to find.no reception, so noone to talk to, had to send a message via Expedia about check out, but it wasn't answered. Breakfast was poor sadly same everyday , it is described as a hotel but not sure it should be. The shower was cold when it worked. So sadly not the best reveiw and I am sorry 😞"
