"Stunning property with excellent quality food and rooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the room and bed (standard double) were very small and hot. Couldnt kèep the window open thanks to the local boys racing up and down the seafront. We are not particularly big people but i can imagine that a larger couple would find the bed impossible to sleep in!"

An Impressive building on the seafront, and ok but some irritating things such as a 1900's lift! with concertina double doors that were very heavy to open/close. " I have a few comments regarding our stay. I wasn’t expecting a five star but in some ways a 3 star was a little overrated. We were greeted by the most loveliest helpful receptionist. He was 5*. It went downhill from there I’m afraid. The room was ‘ok’ but we got what we paid for. When returning from night out the night receptionist was 1* at best. He cod barely converse. " I had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and welcoming, which I greatly appreciated. The only concern was the level of noise during the night, which did impact the quality of rest. Aside from this, my experience was highly positive."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. On arrival, I was made to feel welcome and the hotel policies explained in a friendly manner including the WiFi password. The room was cleaned during my stay and there were complimentary amenities left in reception for guests outside of normal hours . This was a nice touch to be able to get extra milk for coffee late at night. Lovely friendly staff ,and great security . The location of the property is excellent. I would return again ."

"We had a clean room, and unobstructed view of the sea, the room had no housekeeping daily, the first and last day we had a buffet breakfast, the second day it would appear that we had to order either with the cook or reception but we were not told of this, the third day the chef took our breakfast order."
