"This was a great place to stay for me. When I travel for work, I certainly do not need any of the bells and whistles. The hotel doesn't have much amenities (just a small fitness room and a couple of vending machines) but the room was well modernized and very clean. I got the impression they spent the money on what matters and that's the way I like it. I interacted with two different staff members throughout my stay and both were absolute pleasure to deal with.
The location was great too. Close...

"We stayed here after our flight was canceled. We chose this hotel because of the affordable price and the advertised airport shuttle. Before arriving, I called the hotel, and although they don’t have a traditional shuttle, the front desk arranged an Uber for us, which we appreciated.
The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself wasn’t spotless, and there was a slight odor in the lobby. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay.

"Not a 4 star hotel. Definitely was a hotel before and they're trying to make it appear better. carpet is old, wallpaper is peeling, room was ok, mattress was gross, stained. Bathroom small and had no vent fan. Its a hiliday inn with a different name. 2.5 starrs max. location is good, near airport and 28th street has anything you need. Must reiterate NOT a 4star hotel."

Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires.
