Our room was close to the elevator and all night could hear it going up and down. It was more of a grinding noise and thought in need of service. Otherwise, it was very clean and staff was great.

Staff was great. Our room was very clean. Amenities are limited, with additional cost for hair dryer, coffee pot, conditioner, ironing board, etc. Pillows were extremely flat.
