"Amazing place, wonderful staff. Donโt eat in the dungeon restaurant unless you are prepared to spend over 3 hours and 120 pounds each sampling very weird and unpalatable food. We had to leave half way through to get my diabetic daughter some actual food. The manager sent a tray to our room. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay."

"Everything was fine except for the air conditioning. It is controlled by the staff; guests don't have access to adjust the temperature to their liking. Since I didn't know this, I spent two days in the heat before I finally decided to call and complain. Also, the lighting in my room was terrible. I had never stayed in such a dark hotel room."
