"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. "Really liked this stay at Chancellor Court. The room was well sized and comfortable. Nothing too fancy but that was not needed at all. Bathroom was decent with a great shower. The view from the room of Arthur’s Seat was stunning. The floor pantry with microwave and mini-fridge is really helpful. There is plenty storage as well. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel welcome. We were also able to store our bags with the reception at check out to do some last minute touring. Would recommend this place and stay here again."
