"The hot tub had a dirt ring in it. There was no towels by the pool. We had to run back and take the ones from our room. The key reader didn’t work to let you have access. You had to get the front desk to open the pool door every time you needed access. "

"Staff was overworked due to the final four but she seemed kind. The rooms are in sore need of a renovation—peeling paint, terrible water pressure (barely a trickle from the shower if a toilet has been flushed or if neighboring units are using water). Paying over $240 for this room was a lot for what it was."

"The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate.
