"Amazing property"

"it is a new property still developing, rooms are good, reception and vehicle passing by at reception point is reducing their reputation. They have swimming pool which we used and which should not be mentioned as swimming pool, by making people go to that pool they are only spoiling their better image otherwise. Their restaurant is very beautiful and staff is excellent"

"Clean room good service"

"Frondesk and restaurant people are super judgemental. You will only greeted if you are dressed as per their standard. Special attention is given to foreigners while indians are generally disregarded and disrespected. House cleaning were super nice but ladies opening the gate are super judgemental about you and your looks. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Also loud music till 2 or 3 am is very common. You just can’t sleep after an exhausting day because dj is continuously playing...

"Excellent staff, Excellent breakfast, very clean and the staff did not question guest who came to visit me. I travel on business so have different people come to my room for business discussions. To many hotels in bbsr demand identification and will even come to the room during business meetings. Its very annoying. Crown was very professional in all."
