"No pool, bathroom rooms smelled of urine a bit and they dint take western cards despite saying they do... staff us awesome but the GM has a smart attitude and mouth"

"I booked this hotel after reading reviews for my parents & in-laws & aunties for 4 nights during 1st week of April 2026. I booked three rooms for 6 of them, all aged between 75-80 years. They are very happy with everything about hotel. Due to train delay, instead of 7 PM, they checked-in at 1:30 AM. Hotel team was available to assist them during that late.
