"The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. "We chose this hotel because it has the kitchenette and we knew we wanted to be cost efficient on food and beverages. If I had known that they don’t do housekeeping everyday and that you must request it I never would have booked the room. On day 3 they stopped by while we were gone and restocked the coffee and hand towels, that was it, didn’t make beds, restock bath towels, (I had to go begging for more and get eye rolls like I was such an inconvenience) they definitely didn’t vacuum or do dishes...

"Tv, clock, phone all didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty and bathroom floor was sticky. Ice machine broken. Elevator got stuck. Room and hallway smelled. Room was filthy with glitter on the door, food crumbs in the corner, hair in the bathroom, sheets were gross, room keys both stopped working. Entire place needs a makeover and not just painting over the stained walls like it currently is. Poor fixes throughout. For example the hold behind the door was filled in with trash."
