"Best value around (booked direct when Expedia hiked the price - worth checking if it's close to stay date), v helpful manager and staff, sorted a TV problem quickly. Good traditional restaurant and bar. Good parking, and eye candy across the road for yachties. Standard room clean, quiet, and comfortable, with fridge and iron, and better-than-average tea/coffee making. Bathroom a bit on the small side, and plumbing rather tired, but not a problem."

"Recently refurbished in an attractive rural style the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. No air conditioning but a remote controlled Dyson fan was provided. The staff without exception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine but could have done with some fresh fruit on the buffet table.
