"My daughters and I fell completely in love with Little America Inn in Flagstaff! We've traveled through Flagstaff many times and for some reason had never come across Little America as a hotel option. While planning a road trip east I discovered Little America. After reading through the reviews and scrolling through the picture gallery I was hooked. Their price was also competitive to the two other properties we've previously stayed at in Flagstaff. I work in high end hospitality in southern California. I know how it feels when I experience true hospitality. The hotel staff at Little America Inn in Flagstaff absolutely delivered hospitality. I forgot my toothbrush and planned to buy one in the shop. They provided a nice disposable one, and toothpaste, free of charge. This is only one example of the care we received during our stay. We loved our stay so much that we booked another night at Little America for our drive back! And this time we made sure to arrive earlier and depart later so that we could enjoy the hiking trails and property. I cannot wait to return and am trying to schedule a long weekend trip there with several of our friends. For all our future Flagstaff visits this will be our hotel of choice!"

"I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival, and it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority. The carpets, bathroom, and common areas all appeared neglected and poorly maintained. What was even more frustrating was that the photos on the website were very misleading. The property looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The images made the hotel appear modern, clean, and inviting, but the reality was quite the opposite. I chose this hotel based on the photos and description, and unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations. I would not stay here again and would encourage future guests to read recent reviews carefully rather than relying on the website photos. If you provide the hotel name and a few specific details about what was dirty or misleading, I can make the review more personalized and impactful. Definitely not worth $200.00 a night."

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Flagstaff I-40

"I usually stay at the Days Inn Flagstaff for short business trips where all I need is a comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Usually the beds are comfortable, but the room I was given this time had a lumpy uneven feel and was not very comfortable, but it was all I could find late on Friday evening and was just needing some downtime, it was okay. I hope the property owners check the beds to make sure they are comfortable and in decent shape."

Ramada by Wyndham Flagstaff East

"The room I was assigned had wet carpet between the two queen beds, something must be leaking. I was tired from a long demanding day and just wanted to take a shower and relax, perhaps take a nap. I took a shower in the small hard to move in shower only space, changed into lounge wear and decided to sit on the bed and read my emails. I moved the pillows around and found bed bugs on top of the bed under the pillows. I immediately repacked everything and took it back outside to the car. I called the front desk and request for a refund and that I was not staying in the hotel. I called another hotel down the street and was able to find a room. I've never stayed at Ramada and have heard it was a decent property, but the bed bugs was enough for me to not return. I was did receive my refund."
