"We were a bit disappointed with this hotel/motel. It wasn't bad..I guess it just didn't match our expectations for BW properties. Staff was helpful & nice, room was just OK. I didn't realize that this property was about 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Next time we'll choose something in town and pay a little more. Breakfast was good standard eggs, sausage, etc."

"The sheets had yellow stains on them and the room was extremely stuffy and hard to breathe in. The breakfast was good. I inquired about cancellation a few days prior to my stay and was told they could not cancel, that I would have to cancel through the third party I booked with. I wound up deciding not to cancel, but apparently they lied about not being able to cancel because they cancelled my stay when I was asking about the cancellation policy. I was not notified of that at all until I arrived...
