"The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby is welcoming and clean, and the front desk people are friendly. Check in was quick and painless and it was easy to find parking close to our room. We did not use the amenities while we were here, but they have a walking trail which offered a 1.5 and 2 mile route. "The room was clean but only 1 elevator was working. There was a really bad odor coming from the elevator and we had to hold our breath or cover our nose when riding it. On Sunday there was not enough breakfast available. When we asked the lady working she seemed angry that we were asking for more waffle mix when there was still about 20 minutes of breakfast left."

Pool was empty, no biggie since we were just there for the night. Hot tub room keys didn’t work and we had to go to the front desk."

"The check-in host was not very friendly, but not mean. The hotel is a little run down. I requested batteries for the remote and the male host told me that the remote was fine that I don't need batteries - without even looking at it. The air conditioner would only work intermittently - it was warm and stuffy in the room all night. I do not recommend nor do I plan to return."

"This is our "go to" hotel when we need to get out of the heat in Phoenix. Great, friendly and very helpful staff who actually got us a room at a great price last minute. We love the indoor poor and spa, that is the best way to relax after a day of hiking. 4 minutes to downtown Flagstaff, there is very little noise and rooms and facilities are very well kept up. "The owner/front desk person was not welcoming and made you feel like you walked into his home uninvited. Very short spoken and hard to understand not friendly whatsoever. There are hand written notes all over the front sliding doors saying no public bathrooms seemed ghetto. Now the room was filthy.
