"Staff support was absolutely lacking. 0 client orientation and poor training on restaurants. We have to call 5 times to get shampoo in the room and although we pay all inclusive, at the end of our stay the bar man at the library bar asked us to pay…. Worst stay in a hotel. Do not stay here, plenty of options in Zanzibar, Melia should not be rated as a 5 starts hotel. "

The front 2 walls facing the water were all glass with a fantastic ocean view from the room or the deck. There are only 4 rooms and the 2 not facing the water looked like they would not be nearly as amazing. The infinity pool was large and clean.
