Grand Bavaro Princess - All Inclusive

"Grand Bavaro Princess is a very nice and large resort with plenty of restaurants and food choices. The staff is friendly and provides good service throughout the property. The only I did not like was being constantly approached with offers of free gifts, memberships, and sale presentations. I am on vacation to relax, and I have no interest in sitting through marketing pitches or listening to advertisements. Guests should be able to enjoy their vacation without feeling pressured or interrupted. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. However, the bath towels are old, worn out, and should be replaced with newer ones. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend the resort for its beautiful property, variety of dining options, and friendly staff. A few improvments in guest experience and towel quality would make the resort even better."

"The pools were immaculate and the drinks were very good. Service in general was very good. The ocean was red flagged all but one day which I expected having been here before. Food was a bit hit or miss. The Grill, Agave and Chez was best."

"The resort is wonderful and well maintained but the greatest part of it is the staff. They really make an effort to accommodate and anticipate any needs and are super kind and dedicated to take care of customers. Since day 1, the front desk was very kind and diligent in switching rooms so we could be closer to each other. The resort has many restaurants all worth trying. I stayed at the resort with a large group of friends and family ages between 5 and 70. It is really fit for everyone, all ages. The kids had a great time at the pool and the adults were always taken care of by the waiters -a special thank you to Yudelki who kindly took care of all of us. We had a large group with kids so we were constantly needing something, either food or drinks so big thank you to her for her patience and great attitude and Christian and the bodyguards for keeping an eye on us. Also the buffet was awesome, Edison and all the people in the grill for breakfast: thank you. The room service and cleaning staff were awesome. They took care of the rooms promptly and helped us find items the kids had misplaced (ingrid? I think it was her name). Big thank you to Louis, the tour guy that helped us book activities (snorkeling etc) last minute. The girls at the Kids club, Esdras, Winy and two other nice ladies, were phenomenal. The kids are well taken care of and the place was neat and organized. Again, the resort is great but the staff is what really make this place a great family vacation resort."
