I did not like the fact that there was no blow dryer or iron in the room. And the pool side bar, was not open. Other than that, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and the food was good."

"The stay was okay overall. There were quite a few crossed wires regarding the included amenities. I recommend taking screenshots of any extras or package details when you book, just in case there's any confusion later. During the first few days, we were told certain amenities were included, only to be informed later that they were not. It was a bit embarrassing to be told at breakfast that it wasn't part of our package, especially over what amounted to just a few dollars. Better communication...
