We followed the “correct” channel to the “shuttles” and never found this hotel pick up. Very confusing. This hotel is a crazy maze. Our room was not listed on the wall (170). "Chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle. Easy to sign up, easy to board, timely and efficient. Really appreciated the staff because I when I requested they hold our luggage hours before check in, they chose to find us a room that was ready that matched our reservation. Very professional and something that is so helpful to guests."
