"The staff (i mean all staff) are super nice, super helpful and greets all the time. Breakfast offered tons of food options. Dining room and guest rooms are extremely clean and nicely decored."

"Check-in and check-out are seamless. Stayed at the newer tower and room is spacious and clean. On checkout, we receive nanjing exclusive magnet as a gift from front desk which is very thoughtful of them. Stayed at the hotel during birthday week and they send birthday cakes to the room even though we did not specifically mentioned our birthdays. Very nice of them to do so. Will definitely go back to stay again next time. Location is perfect"

"The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all."

"The restaurant is very nice and it has some Michelin status. However, the rice I ordered with my food did not arrive until much later and all my food was cold. I don’t mean to be critical but this is basic. Thanks. Love your hotel."
