"Clean good parking quiet"

"My room has NOT been cleaned since I got here a week ago. Same towels, same sheets. I now take out my own trash. The yoghurt dispenser does not work, spits out droplets only. The elevator is broken most of the time. I got two dog ticks on me in the first 2 days!! Right now I have to endure a yapping dog apparently left alone in his room. I've left previous complaints through this "survey", received feedback and set up time to receive a call - but that call did not happen."

"Terrible experience. Front desk messed up entire teams rooms. Some families had to leave and find another hotel. Bathrooms were very old and dated."

"We had a door and toilet that didn’t work in our 1st room (after unpacking:(). We were moved to a 2nd room and also had toilet issues there that couldn’t be solved until the next morning:(. We did not swim or attend the breakfast, but both seemed great. Staff was friendly."

"The room was clean with plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Elevators were a little dirty. Front desk was helpful but there was a storm during our stay. The pool wasnt open on time the next day. We didnt know this and went and asked how to access the pool, dressed in suits with towels. He told us and after we went outside we saw it was closed. We came back in and said 'oh. Its closed temporarily because of the storm.' That part is fine but it was a little irksome that he didnt say...

"Lot's of history."

"Outdated. Floors outside not vacuumed. Side door is propped open all the time so anyone can sneak in from there without a card key. Pillows are bricks. Spring beds with that plastic covering you find in a dorm room or prison bed. The fan that circulates the air from the living to bedroom did not work, so I had to sleep in hot heat. Sink's drain plug was half assed fixed with blue tape. Price for what you get sucks, but unfortunately it's the cheapest option around there."

"Desk clerk (Anthony) actually came out of the building to find me when I had trouble finding the parking annex. Very helpful staff, nice room, inn undergoing renovations and it does need updating."

"Can't say enough good things about this place. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and made for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—safe, walkable, and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The in-house seafood restaurant was a standout and easily one of the highlights of our visit. Parking was convenient and close by, and we loved that the hotel is dog-friendly, making it even more welcoming. We loved every single one of the staff. Everyone was kind and warm...

"I should have paid attention to the 2 star rating for this hotel, but booked it under emergency conditions. The day I picked up my husband from major back surgery we lost power with a 24 hr ETA on restoration. Everything about this place is just horrible. The 1st room we were put in had rags on the floor in front of a leaking refrigerator, a bathroom that reaked of chsin smoking, furniture that had a large chunk missing and an old air conditioner with a broken access panel. 2nd room had a plug...

"Bathroom and bed was clean. But the property is showing wear and tear. Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned and we had a fogged window that you could not see out. Front desk person was nice. Just time for a remodel."
