"Parking was good, reception staff very helpful, room & bathroom clean & bed comfortable. There were a couple of areas with room for improvement. The curtains had come off the rail near the closure on one side so it let the early morning light in. A small bottle of water in the room, particularly in the heat would have been appreciated. All in all a good stay."

"First class as always, this is our fourth visit and we are already planning our next one. From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits. The room was excellent and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job throughout our stay, nothing is too much trouble. "Room was clean and fresh, shower was superb, ours was a twin room, the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast at the health club was very good, overall our stay was great."

"Excellent attentive staff in every area of hotel. I stay there regularly when visiting friends and family and my only two beefs are that the elevators seem very slow and the rooms themselves do not have enough lighting. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are huge but would be nice to have face cloths again but I am noticing a trend internationally regarding this! Great for parking and public transport is very handy if needed. I will be staying there again."
