"The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. "Loved this hotel and our spacious room and also bathroom. Location is excellent, with bars and restaurants close by. Hotel staff was helpful with recommendations and directions. The hotel is on a busy street, but noise level in the room is very low. We also loved the retro modern vibe and decor. Highly recommended."

"Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. However, $38 daily parking for hotel guests is absurd. Please consider extra cost before booking. They may be afew bucks cheaper than other venues but most of other hotels don’t charge parking in the Austin area."
