"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "

"You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game "

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, layed out well and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable as were the linens. The pillows were to die for... So comfortable. The snacks and beverages at their marketplace were priced very competitively. We had breakfast at the Amala restaurant located inside the hotel. Prices were good. Service was quick. The meals came out hot and with large portions. Would definitely stay here again! "

"If I could. I would give it 3.5 stars. I gave this a 3.5 for a few reasons. Overall, it was decent. It’s a great location! The host was very communicative in the beginning. We were asked if we needed anything and we asked for three blankets and they kindly delivered. The house is old, circa 1910, and quaint in that regard. It’s been “remodeled” and is decent. The bathrooms are not shown in the pics for a reason. They are small (like, your knees will hit the opposite wall sitting and I’m...

"We had a great time! Very nice and updated space. Convenient to state park and Canadian side. Plenty of space and beds! "

"The rooms, resort, facilities and ambience were awesome and more than expectations. The only issue was the staff behaviour was very rude and harsh.. the staff who checked us in on Wednesday night was a humble polite and informative. Rest others very grumpy and rude."
