"This is a really useful hotel for the NEC and also for Birmingham International train station. Clean and cosy room. Very comfortable bed! We really liked the pool and steam room, although the sauna wasn't working during our stay sadly. The pool staff were particularly helpful and friendly though and the bar food was great."

"Though a rambling hotel covering many buildings and floors and it being in one of the heat waves so the rooms on the top floor were very hot, the stay was very good due to the friendly staff and excellent food on offer both for breakfast but particularly in the evening. This is my third stay at this hotel and is the go to one for me when working in Leicester. Cannot but highly recommend it for staying at."

"Everything was good but strangely the suites ( as well as rooms I guess) do not have a refrigerator! And the folks from Reservations ca. be nice to a guest who has come back for thd third time and is returning again in 4 days."

"To be fair the Leonardo, was really a very good place especially for the ยฃ130 ish pound for the night in an executive room with air com. I enjoyed using the gym and pool in the adult only time zone between 6-7 I had a beautiful meal with 20% off - staff in the restaurant were very attentive and very sweet. I had a very comfortable sleep - you could hear a pin drop! I enjoyed my take away complementary oat Latte on departure. All in all exactly what I had hoped for. I would happily return - Thankyou"

"Such an amazing stay here! Perfect location, kind staff, comfy bed!!!! Also the vibe of the hotel is so fun!!! Gluten free options at the bar!!! Even gluten free sticky toffee pudding. I canโt recommend this place enough"
