"My son had stayed there before, his room seemed more updated than ours. The rate for our room was really high due to the fact that it was SOU’s graduation weekend, that was sort of a bummer to see the rate increase. I didn’t really like the self check in, especially when they had staff in the office available. You’re tired from traveling, I just want someone to check my id, hand me my room key, and send me on my way with a smile. Our room did not look like the “suite” we booked online at all....

"A heads up, this particular Comfort Suites does not allow cats. This is a decision by that locations upper management. If you are travelling with a cat, book elsewhere. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was standard with abundant choices. The shower had a powerful stream as well as nice and hot. Bathroom was very clean. I found the carpet needed a good cleaning and the outside of the waste baskets needed to be cleaned."

"Ashland Hills Hotel is a large campus hotel. Unfortunately the signage is nearly nonexistent. A sign that says “stairs - pool access” continues to end of stairs to no signage to guide you where to go next. Sign on door says “hydration station” to one no where to be found. You get off elevators to no room number signs. You are on your own to figure it out. I couldn’t let my mobility lacking mother out to navigate anywhere, for fear she would end up lost and exhausted.
