"We booked a suite and were told that it was accidentally given to another group. We were told that the following day we would be able to move in to the correct room. There was a lot of communication between staff and shifts that lead to us getting stuck on the smaller room a second night. When we asked about it, the staff made us feel like we were a burden. Although they tried giving us free breakfast vouchers for our stay( I had already paid for two passes) it still felt like it was more of a way to get us off their back. The hotel was ok, there were several mall things that need updating. The elevators took an excessive amount of time to get to the floor."
