"Parking cost $20 extra felt that was a bit ridiculous for outside parking for hotel guests only. Room was clean and breakfast was good with several options to choose from. Staff was friendly with the exception of the night shift lady knowing I was standing at the counter and took a very long time to even acknowledge me."

"What makes this place great: Awesome Staff: The team here is incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming. Seamless Arrival: There was absolutely no wait to check in, which is always a huge plus. Spotless Rooms: The room was very clean and perfectly prepared for our stay. Prime Location: It is the perfect home base if you are visiting downtown, and it's just a short, easy Uber ride to the Stockyards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!"
