"We booked a suite and were told that it was accidentally given to another group. We were told that the following day we would be able to move in to the correct room. There was a lot of communication between staff and shifts that lead to us getting stuck on the smaller room a second night. When we asked about it, the staff made us feel like we were a burden. Although they tried giving us free breakfast vouchers for our stay( I had already paid for two passes) it still felt like it was more of a way to get us off their back. The hotel was ok, there were several mall things that need updating. The elevators took an excessive amount of time to get to the floor."

"The room was ok and the staff was nice, but the hotel’s water heater went out and they weren’t sure if they could have it repaired befor the end of our stay being it was a holiday weekend. So we had to check out early and get a different hotel. The sink in our also room didn’t drain and the floors and walls were extremely thin making it so you heard every step anyone took on the floor above you. Also the main door to the room let in a lot of light from the hall way."

"The hotel was clean, the employees were very friendly. The pool was the highlight of our stay. It was well kept, clean and had a little beach area for our 4 year old. The pool got busy and some kids got pretty rowdy but to be expected with any shared area. Other than the $40 parking fee, everything was wonderful."
