"Everything was wonderful. Yes check in had a long line but it was smooth and pretty fast for how long of a line it was. I accidentally locked myself out of my room on the first day and instantly was helped. The shuttle stuff can be a little confusing especially when you are leaving the parks, however the shuttle service driver ended up taking us back to our hotel anyways. There are two avanti’s make sure you get on the I-Drive one! Be early! Rooms at hotel aren’t sound proofed either so maybe ear plugs or something to that extent if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that I will definitely be booking here again!!!!"

"I had a pretty frustrating experience with the valet service at this hotel. When we first arrived, we pulled up to the entrance and the valet staff completely ignored us. No greeting, no instructions nothing. I ended up going to the front desk to ask what was going on, and that’s when I found out the valet service is outsourced to a third-party company. Apparently, you have to go inside and pay for parking at the front desk before they’ll even take your car. That was already inconvenient, but the worst part came when we had to leave at 3 AM. We requested our car and ended up waiting an hour and a half before we finally got it back. There was no clear communication, and honestly, I have no idea where my car was or what they were doing that whole time. To be fair, the hotel itself is fine. The room and overall property didn’t have any major issues. But the valet situation is a serious problem and completely unacceptable especially if you’re on a tight schedule. This kind of delay could easily cause someone to miss a flight. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to deal with major parking headaches."

"The property was nice however house keeping never cleaned my room my stay was 3 days I requested for fresh bath linens several times never received I wasn’t given any options for parking other than using valet parking"

"I love that there was a Starbucks right in the lobby. I was unaware of the parking fee until I got to the facility."

"We enjoyed our stay , rooms were clean , heated pool tha closed at a good time (10pm) not too early like most hotels , good breakfast .. only downside is it’s about $30 a night to park which is incredibly ridiculous- having to pay for parking at a hotel should not be a thing but unfortunately here it is"
