"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. "Parking exactly outside the Hotel wasnt easy but there was a nearby overflow Car Park. Room was really nice, staff were exceptionally helpful and yhe food really nice. Bed was so comfortable and really enjoyed our stay here! "

There were a few marks on the wall that could do with touching up.
The tea tray was good quality as was the breakfast.
The best thing about this hotel it the staff who were all fabulous.
Be careful of the parking as its only 4 hours on the front so best park at the back if possible."
"Very friendly welcome off the host Jemma, she met us when we arrived and because we were up early the next day (5:30am) she even offered to make us takeaway breakfast rolls! Rooms very nice, the place was quiet so had a good night sleep. And even better it was a 5-10 min drive from Carew airfield where we caught the P&R for the ironman in Tenby. Wish I'd stayed another night!"
"A lovely hotel, very well thought out styling with everything you might want in our room. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the food was also very good. Its location on the side of the river is very picturesque, the car park is small but there is public parking nearby. "
"Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place.
