"it was all good."

"Excellent buffet dinner and breakfast!"

"It was a great experience, the staff is very kind and service oriented. They don’t have a luxury hotel, but is very clean, has everything needed for the stay, and you will have the experience of living as Edam local people, which was great."

"Misleading photos, they uploaded some photos and we booked it based on views but once we arrived there, we were told that our rooms are in the other building in another address! WEIRD! By the way, we have been waiting behind the door for about 2 hours to get into the building. The guy in customer service, on the phone, was so rude and was not helpful at all!"

"Muy accesibles, buena ubicación!"

"Had really enjoyable stay with my family . Clean , pleasant breakfast. Clean hotel . Easy parking space for our car for few days (for free) just under 4min walk to hotel from parking space . We used bus everyday to explore Amsterdam . It cost around £5.50 one way to Amsterdam. Took just under 30min .van pay my card on the bus . Recommend visiting Edam’s cheese museum , local villages ."

"War mit Ehemann da,es war direkt am See haben die Ruhe genossen schön zum entspannen.Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit Frühstück war ok.Da das Wetter auch angenehm war konnte man auf Terrasse entspannt sein Kaffee trinken"

"Extremely disappointing – ruined our romantic break. UNABLE TO CHECK IN €160 for new hotel We had booked a four-night stay but, on arrival, were unable to check in as there was no staff available. The company next door, which the website advised us to use for out-of-hours check-in, was closed. The self-check-in machine was also broken and took €88 from us without dispensing a key. We were left locked outside in the cold until other guests let us in, then over spent two hours in reception...

"Really great place to stay, I really liked the place, room is as described! Really close to Zaan Schans and Zaandam and easily accessible to Amsterdam! Highly recommended if you want to stay a bit further from Amsterdam!"

"This was a gorgeous room and really lovely property. The village is very cute, the staff was extremely friendly and gave lots of suggestions. The room was clean and the bathtub is both functional and decorative. I’m glad there was a stand up shower as well that was separate from the tub. It was extremely quiet and felt like a tiny house. The downstairs area was a tiny living room and felt like home. Absolutely loved this room and would gladly stay here again!"

"It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV. Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport."
