"Everything was excellent until checkout. At check-in, I authorized payment for hotel fees and incidentals. At check-out, to my surprise, I was advised that the hotel manually charged me (without my knowledge) for my stay a 2nd time. This was very upsetting. Not comfortable with employee manually charging my account. This has caused inconvenience and concern regarding my personal information. My wife is very concerned as well."

"The resort is beautiful and serene place. I loved that it was very quiet and at night time the lights around the resort gave off a nice vibe. The food was amazingly delicious and the staffs were friendly and welcoming. "

"A localização é ótima. O café da manhã possui muitas variedades, incluindo os excelentes omeletes feitos com muito carinho pela Martina e a Isabel. Gostaria de ressaltar os atendimentos no restaurante pelo William, Jorge e a Solange. A estrutura do hotel é completa, com praia linda e ótimo serviço de bar. A equipe sempre sorridente e cordial. As instalações são amplas e muito limpas. Enfim, adoramos a nossa estadia. "

"Avila Hotel was clean and had parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable bed. My favorite was the history of the hotel. It’s a living museum. The private beach is top tier. "

"I would definitely stay in this property again if I revisit Aruba. The location is convenient for any beaches / places you would like to explore. Love the free shuttle rides provided by the Divi Village and Golf Resort. You can actually walk to Eagle Beach… take a shuttle from this property to Costa Linda Resort, then walk about 5 - 7 minutes to the beautiful Eagle beach. 😍 You are pretty welcome. 😎 Enjoy your trip in Aruba. "
