"The hotel is pretty new. From room to amenities in the resort, everything is great! For parents with kids, they charge extra for kid stay ( my son only 3 years old) which I don’t see it often at other resorts. And you’ll be charged with service fee besides tax and room price at the beginning ( I didn’t realize it until I went to Hyatt afterwards while comparing the invoices in Expedia app). Overall, the experience was amazing but a little bit pricey given it’s not an all inclusive service. "

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the view was absolutely spectacular — one of the best we’ve had in Curaçao. "The resort was awesome! The staff very friendly. Outdoor pool was spacious,clean great poolside pool with great service and good food! Only complaint would be the beach area. Entering into the water is very rocky and small beach access. Plenty of beachside chairs and an attendant on duty. Complimentary breakfast was the outstanding! Happy Hour is a must! "
