"My stay at the Morgan was not one I loved nor will I stay there again. When we first arrived Iris was condescending and wasn’t pleasant at all. Upon entrance into the room yellow liquid was in the shower which shows it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The keurig in our room wasn’t working. I requested tea which was never given to me. The stay was not pleasant. Overpriced and under luxury. The amount you pay the staff could do a better job at making you feel welcomed."

"Overall it was a good stay, quiet and somewhat family friendly. Not very convenient when it vibes to little things like getting towels, you do have to go to the concierge every time you need a towel, even if you're already at the pool or beach. No lifeguards. We didn't have to make reservations for most of the restaurants, we were able to get a table as a walk-in. Friendly staff and the beach was clean."

"Staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many. Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ones. Wifi doesn't work properly. We were not all inclusive so we tried different rest, and overall was okay but not as we excepted it . If your flight is late and want to go to the beach and take...

"This hotel is great especially for families with children. The pool is spacious, lots of shade, large hot tub is great at night. The poolside bar played world cup games & had a great drink and food menu. The hotel was extremely well maintained, staff work hard and are very friendly. Onsite free electric bikes were convenient and fun and sunsets in the cove were gorgeous. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with great selection! My only suggestion would be to have an airport shuttle available....

"The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic. Shore dives from the house reef were amazing, but highly recommend getting a rental car to explore the island. Dive certification at adjacent Oceans Encounters were also convenient and well run."
