"Rooms were very clean. Staff at the Barcelo are exceptionally nice. The Royal restaurant on the 9th floor is definitely the best, especially their manger George. George is as professional as they come. Super nice, quick witted, and very particular in how he presents himself, and his dinner service is 2nd to NONE!….Nice job George. See you next year!"

On two different occasions she was very rude and didn't want to be bothered changing big bills to be used for tips for the staff and to help with a problem with my key bracelet.
