not recommended

Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again.

Empfehlenswert

Etwas ungewöhnlich, dass die Rezeption nicht direkt an der angegebenen Adresse befindet. Jedoch, einige erfrischende Schritte, Rezeption gefunden. Das Apartment ist absolut empfehlenswert. Gute Größe, bequemes Bett, guter Arbeitsplatz. Ich gehe wieder hin.

Wenn „Schlafzimmer“ in einem 58 Quadratmeter großen Appartement angegeben ist, erwarte ich ein separates Zimmer und nicht eine kleine Schlafnische ohne Tür/Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Bad sehr klein, dafür unnötiger großer Flur/Eingangsbereich. Mini-TV im Wohnbereich.

素晴らしい！

部屋は広くて清潔で立地も便利で言うこと無いですが、 ２つのテレビのうちベット近くのテレビのケーブルが無くて見れなかったです。それ以外はとても素晴らしくまた利用したいと思います。

Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein. Die Tür stößt beim Öffnen gegen die Toilettenschüssel. Der Einstieg zur Dusche ist sehr eng und verbaut.

Fint rom. Det samme kan man ikke si om nabolaget, så regn med noe støy fra gaten. Godt utstyrt lite kjøkken. Noe gulvkaldt på grunn av fliser. Ikke ha med for tung koffert da den må bæres én etasje før man kommer til heisen.

Decent choice

The apartment is big and comfortable. The fridge in the kitchen was a bit noicy, going on and off during the night. My biggest problem however were these little flies (4 or 5) in the bathroom and one also started roaming the other parts of the apartment before I realised I need to keep the bathroom door closed. I guess they came from the sewage system. The area where the hotel is located is a bit dingy but then again it is close to the train station and 10 minute walk from the city center.

Disappointed

Reviews were good but very disappointed with my stay. Took a particularly long time to find the check in (in a different building) and once checked in the room was not very comfortable. Hot day but unable to open the windows as there was building work and no remote control for the air conditioning. The whole room felt dated and lots of marks on the wall including damp.

Sehr schöner Apartment, leider im Haus war eine super laute Baustelle und konnten wir nur bis zum 7Uhr schlafen. Um 11 Uhr haben die Bauarbeiter Pause gemacht. Super genau wenn man check out macht.
