"Lovely hotel, did not offer dinner and coffee was only available when the bar was open. The food at the twin towers centre was basic and not good. Great restaurants along the esplanade. The staff were very lovely "

"A shopping Mall is a 5 minute walk, all the main supermarkets, Aldi,Coles,Woolworths, a butchers, market stalls & more. The main strip for Coolongata is a 10-15minute walk away. Safe area at night, nice local parks, fuel station at the end of France’s street. The room was clean, ample towels, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, Iron,hairdryer in the room. Tv, sink, side lamps & tables. Outdoor swimming pool is like a splash pool but clean, 2 sunbeds but most people spend the day at the beach. A good overnight stay, host was welcoming"

"Yes . Staff were extremely helpful when we first went to the unit there was water on the carpet adjacent to the tiles in the living area. The issue was addressed promptly. Early the next day the maintenance man came and checked the dishwasher and proved that it did not leak. I was very impressed with his work ethic and friendly manner. I believe that the fridge door in the unit has a problem with closing. One had to push the door firmly to make sure that it was fixed fast."

"Clean room, and staff were good although very little interaction with them. Bed was comfortable and aircon quiet and effective. TV was a not user friendly and quite small. Overall our stay was pleasant enough."

"The view of the famous super bank surf spot was why we chose Carool. spent most of our time on the verandahs(3 great views) Surf was fabulous."

"Very outdated furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms, rattling window shutters on balcony, balcony chats all rusted so couldn’t use them without marking clothes and lots of little maintenance issues throughout the apartment. Overpriced for what it is. Really paying for the location"
