"The property is even better than advertised! It is a gorgeous resort and very convenient for young families. The little train will take you to the private beach in minutes. The 3 pools are wonderful, but the most noteworthy thing to mention is the incredible staff!!! Amazing, attentive, always busy and making sure that the guests have everything. There is nothing I did not like (except maybe the security guard at the villas’ gate who was extremely rude because we were at the wrong gate to exit)… My husband and I would come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!"

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! From the moment I booked my stay—long before I even arrived—the team was incredibly attentive. Their communication was outstanding, and they made me feel truly welcomed every step of the way. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Monopoli. If you’re arriving by car, they clearly explain where to stop, then pick you up in a golf cart and escort you to the hotel. Upon arrival, they personally show you around the town and take you to your room, making the entire experience effortless. I was lucky enough to stay in a stunning three-level suite overlooking the sea. It had a terrace, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and every little detail was carefully thought out. Housekeeping was exceptional—they beautifully prepared the room every day, and everything was always spotless. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday. A friend wanted to send me a surprise gift, and after contacting the front desk, the staff handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. They were responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. I also treated myself to a massage, which was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with high-quality products and beautiful presentation. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The rooftop restaurant deserves special recognition. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was magical, and the"

"The hotel room was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The hotel staff was beyond attentive and hospitable. We were greeted in the parking lot by two staff members that proceeded to help with our luggage. We were then served tea upon our entrance. Their BROS restaurant was superb! Excellent service and a great meal! Even their "resident" cat, which we endearingly nicknamed Puccia (for the Puglian bread) Martina (for the town) was so so friendly. His name during our stay was Puccia Martina. The grounds were so private and peaceful. In a great location close to town. We used this as our home base and drove to places like Locotorondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, and several beautiful beaches. Would not think twice to stay there again."
